Meziere Electric Waterpump (53606 views)
The high flow electric water pump for the LS1 and LS6 engines is here! Track, dyno, and most importantly, street testing, has proved engines run cooler at low speeds and gain high end horsepower when running Meziere's bolt on LS1/LS6 pump. In addition to the released power, you get to keep all of your factory accessories.
Taking quality to the extreme, the WP319 features a dual bearing belt idler, billet parts throughout, and a “weather-tite” electrical connection. The pump is backed by a two-year warranty.

Review:
I installed the meziere on my 1999 C5 corvette and instantly felt some improvement in throttle response. I do have an underdrive pulley, but this modification still seemed to have some seat of the pants gains. The car has been staying about 40-50 degrees cooler than normal, which is a bit much in winter, but come the hotter months it'll be back to 180'ish temps.

This was also installed on a friends F-body, and the throttle response was noticably increased when installed, and decreased when removed. No dyno figures were taken on either car.

For most people, the item will not warrant shelling out the cash for the huge pricetag, so I'm going to say its only a good value for those who need every last bolt on horsepower.

Review:
For $500, this isn't a good bang-for-the-buck option to get more horsepower out of your LS1/LS6. It does deliver the little extra power that everybody looks for, but for people just starting mods on their car this should be one of the last things to do. The install is fairly easy, the toughest part is setting up the wiring to your liking- I followed jmX's instructions and used a relay tied into the fuel pump circuit. The polished one I purchased really looks good, so for the modders that are looking for show this would suit them well. Engine temps are kept lower as well, so in hot summer months this helps out.
