FLP Exhaust's full-length headers for LS1/LS6 C5 Corvettes give you the best of both worlds...high-flow catalytic converters for the street, and off-road test pipes for the strip! These 1-3/4" primary tube headers have a 3" collector which flows into a 2.5" diameter X-Pipe. FLP headers are fully ceramic coated (even the x-pipe and off-road pipes are ceramic coated!) and they come complete with all hardware necessary for the install. These headers are an excellent choice for cars with stock cam/heads, but they really shine on cars with aftermarket camshafts, cylinder heads, or other power-adders such as a nitrous or superchargers.

Review:
I used these headers for about a year, and they worked great and took my car from 393rwhp to 414rwhp. The install went easy, and the sound was excellent.
I have 2 complaints about these, and they are both related. 1) The V-clamps seem to be prone to leaking, and they hang down very low which causes them to scrape before anything else under the car scrapes.
2) If you do end up scraping your v-clamps, you may end up breaking the mounting tabs altogether, leaving a huge 1" diameter hole in both. This has since been corrected by FLP for future sets, but no without leaving a bad taste in my mouth.

Review:
My only two complaints about this header system are the low mounted V-clamps, and my #4 primary tube weld has leaked since the day I installed them.

Review:
I used the FLP LT headers on my '98 C5 for 7 months. Nice gain in hp and tq for the $$. Full bolt on application that requires NO cutting or welding, and leaves the original system completely intact.
The only issue I had with these headers was the V-clamps. Constantly scrapping my driveway and ended up breaking a tab.
