The Z06 was introduced to the corvette world in year model 2001. On it were a wealth of aftermarket parts, including upgraded swaybars. These can be retrofitted to any base or Z51 package C5 corvette.

Review:
This is quite possibly the most impacting mod I've done to date on my Corvette, aside from heads/cam. For $250 for bushings, bars, and endlinks, you can't go wrong at all. Even cheaper if you get yours used!
Going from FE1 bars to FE4 (z06) is simply amazing.
